On Location: NYC Family Session
New York City
This family session is a perfect example of what it’s like trying to amuse a toddler during a photo shoot. He amused us a lot more than we amused him. Continue reading “On Location: NYC Family Session”
Custom Valentines
Most parents have approximately 47 gazillion iPhone photos of their kids backed up in a folder somewhere on their computer. (Yes, that’s a real figure.) Why do we snap all these photos, and store them? What drives it?
Fresh 48 Newborn Sessions
If there’s anything I hear often, it’s that people wish they had captured the time right after their baby arrived. So, I’m now offering Fresh 48 photo sessions, in the hospital or at home, to document the newest moments with your baby.
Mango Ink Holiday Cards
I love Christmas. One of my favorite things in the world is sitting in front of the Christmas tree with a holiday-scented candle burning (Nest makes my favorite), sipping mulled wine, cider, or hot chocolate (L.A. Burdick makes my favorite), and signing cards to all the people I love and appreciate.
10-Year Anniversary Celebration

Project Night Night
Fundraiser to help homeless kids feel more secure
To me, there is nothing more enlivening than to see a child smile. It’s as if I can feel anew the possibilities and hope and wonder I felt in my own childhood, when I see a child enjoying life. That’s why when I heard about Project Night Night, I knew I had to help. Project Night Night provides over 25,000 packages to homeless children ages 12 and under every year. Their signature canvas tote bags contain a new security blanket, an age-appropriate book, and a stuffed animal.
Behind the Scenes at the Balloon Shoot
San Francisco
A whole bunch of kids gathered at Crissy Field to help me create a new header photo for my social media profiles.

Something special happens when you travel. Many things seem different from the place you left, and yet some things seem universal, too.
