Howdy, blog friends! How has your week been?

Mine was chock full of excitement, starting with the wedding of my dear friends Tony and Andrea in Pittsburgh over the weekend, followed by me relocating to the countryside for part of the summer. The weather has been glorious in Pennsylvania and Ohio, so it was definitely a photo-worthy week.

Low-Fi – Using Retro 110 Film Today

Part 1 – New York City

When I was in New York this past fall, I paid a visit to the Lomography store in the Village, and decided to reincorporate an oldie but goodie into my repertoire.  Remember 110 film from the ’80s?  The first camera I ever used as a child was a plastic point-and-shoot 110 camera, and my parents would take the film cartridge to the now defunct Revco Pharmacy for developing.

Wintering in San Diego

Hooray for Hollywood – Kids in LA!

It’s winter here in Cleveland, and I am having the best time reliving my January journey down the coast of California through this blog.  I mean, the California sunshine — it just won’t quit!

Los Angeles is a fascinating place.  Everywhere you go, you feel the energy of show business.  Even though movies themselves are now often shot elsewhere, the romance of the term “movie star,” still springs to mind in the hopes of sighting our favorite Hollywood celebrities.
